Zenmuse XT

Thermal imaging from the air has never been as easy as it is with the DJI Zenmuse XT. By combining DJI’s unrivaled expertise in gimbal technology and image transmission with the industry leading thermal imaging technology of FLIR, the Zenmuse XT is the ultimate solution for rapid and reliable aerial thermal imaging. Capture images faster, with pinpoint precision, over large areas, then save them for detailed analysis and reporting by any of the leading post-processing solutions available on the market.

FULLY INTEGRATED THERMAL CAMERA
The camera on the DJI Zenmuse XT is developed by FLIR and is based on their legendary Tau 2 thermal core. It provides high-sensitivity (50mK) thermal imaging at 640/30fps or 336/30fps depending on the camera model. This sensitivity provides accurate temperature measurements ideal for analytics and telemetry. Both cameras are available with four lens options to meet different business needs. Stabilized and controlled by a custom DJI gimbal, the Zenmuse XT provides smooth, clear imagery and 360 degrees of seamless rotational movement.

ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES FOR A NUMBER OF CRITICAL APPLICATIONS
FLIR’s industry-leading thermal imaging technology reveal details invisible to the naked eye by making subtle differences in temperature visible. This new view on the world can reveal when equipment or buildings are damaged, the location of lost people and much more.

PERFORMANCE MODEL

Quickly Visualize Temperature Differences

Performance model Zenmuse XT cameras display thermal imagery in real time while showing a temperature estimate at the center of the camera view, so users can quickly identify large temperature differences.

Engineered for:

Emergency Responders

RADIOMETRIC MODEL

Capture Detailed Temperature Data

The Radiometric model allows users to tap any pixel for accurate temperature measurements or select an area to display average, highest, and lowest temperatures within the selection.

Engineered for:

Inspectors

WHICH THERMAL CAMERA IS BEST FOR MY DEPARTMENT?

The Zenmuse XT is a simple plug-and-play camera accessory.   It does not require any special customization and is made for the DJI Inspire 1 or the DJI Matrice. The Zenmuse XT has optical zoom capabilities, allowing you to zoom for both videos and photos. This feature makes it ideal for search and rescue operations.

There are two different cameras, and two resolutions available.

Radiometric

The Zenmuse XT-R can tell the temperature of every pixel in the entire field of vision. The radiometric version also allows you to determine the low, high and average temperature in a desired area. With a radiometric camera you can save the data in a radiometric file which allows you to use a post-processing software to analyze the temperature data. The radiometric version is calibrated to guarantee absolute temperature measurements of +/- 4 degrees. This is a good choice for collecting imagery for inspection or when scientific data is needed for post-processing.

Performance

The performance version Identifies temperature information in the center pixel but does not provide temperature data for each pixel in the image. This is a great option for law enforcement, fire, search and rescue etc. where absolute temperature data is not needed for each pixel.

640 x 512 or 336 x 256 resolutions are available.
